Larry, born in Los Angeles, California, moved to Delaware in 1981. Larry is a hardworking and family oriented individual. Him and his wife of 40 almost years met at a Burger King and have 2 beautiful children as well as 1 grandchild. Larry is a member of the Delaware Country Club. He has a house in Lewes so he and his family can enjoy and share their love of boating and fishing. Larry became CPA in October of 1986. Before opening Issacs and Associates in 1998, Larry worked at local firms from 1981 through 1987 and was employed at PNC Bank Trust in 1987 through 1998.
